How long will my order take to arrive?

After placing an order, your design will be created by our specific, highly trusted international supplier. Therefore, delivery may take a bit longer than usual.

In general, we deliver our products to your doorstep within 7 - 28 days.

Can I track my order?

Yes, if you want to track your order, simply send us a message (at support@elevationprints.com) and we will send you a tracking number as soon as possible.

What if I want to return an item?

We at Elevation Prints work with a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. This means that if products are not up to standard, faulty or if you simply had a different expectation of the product, you can return the items to us within 30 days of delivery. We will refund 100% of the price you paid for the product.

Note : We do not pay for costs incurred that belong to returning the products.

Will my order arrive all in one parcel?

If you order multiple products, it's very likely that your order won't arrive in one parcel. This is because we work with multiple unique international suppliers that ship their products independently to your doorstep. Therefore, you'll likely receive your order in multiple parcels.
